SAFECIRCLE SUPPORT

How can we help?

Find help with alerts, permissions, trusted contacts, privacy, and your SafeCircle account.

Are you in immediate danger?

Move to a safer place if possible and call Nigeria's national emergency number, 112. SafeCircle supports emergency communication but does not replace police, ambulance, civil defence, or other emergency services.

Contact support

Email admin@safecircleng.com and describe what happened, the type of phone you use, and the SafeCircle app version shown in Settings. Do not email passwords, precise location history, evidence files, or other sensitive personal information.

SOS is queued or was not delivered

  1. Check that mobile data or Wi-Fi is available.
  2. Keep SafeCircle open briefly so it can retry a queued SOS.
  3. If calling service is available, call 112 directly.
  4. Do not assume help was notified until the app confirms delivery.

Location or notifications are not working

Open your phone's Settings, select SafeCircle, and allow location and notifications. For live SOS updates, allow the location option requested by the app. Battery-saving or Focus settings may delay alerts; review those settings if notifications arrive late.

Trusted contacts

Confirm that your contact has accepted the current invitation. If an invitation is no longer valid, remove it and send a new one. Only add people you know and trust.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the SafeCircle privacy notice to understand how emergency data is handled. To permanently remove the data associated with your device account, follow the account-deletion instructions.

Report abuse or a safety concern

Use the report action shown with an alert when available, or email support with a description of the issue. Do not put yourself in danger to investigate an alert.
